Allstate Beverage Company, LLC
of Montgomery, Alabama became a subsidiary of Gulf Distributing Holdings, LLC on January 1, 2009. The merger of these companies has created a dynamic beverage distribution enterprise with personnel who want to grow their knowledge and talents.
Allstate Beverage was formed in 1950, named Champagne Velvet Distributing Company, and was owned by Ed Grant. The company has stayed in the Grant Family but changed ownership within the family four times.
